How The Guru Gutter Guys Came to Be
Our History
The Solar Guys acquired the Orlando market as part of our service area. This included Volusia, Flagler, Seminole, Orange and Osceola counties. The Solar Guys acquired exclusive marketing rights for the sale and installation of Huper Optik™ window film in Marion, Lake, and Sumter counties.
The Solar Guys started our insulation division initially offering water heater wraps and garage door insulation. This quickly grew to whole house radiant barrier and blown-in attic insulation.
Chris Teel acquired minority ownership once again reaffirming our belief of keeping the “family” in family business. Chris currently qualifies The Solar Guys with both a Florida Certified Building Contractor License (CBC1260615), Certified Roofing Contractor License (CCC1330841), & Certified Solar License (CVC57042).
